The platform is under active development. Product descriptions on this site reflect current and in-development capabilities, and features may change as the product evolves.

3. Not professional advice

VertexAi is a software tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it is not a tax agent service. VertexAi does not file VAT returns or any other submissions with the Federal Tax Authority on your behalf.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business records and for meeting your own tax and regulatory obligations. Please consult a qualified accountant or tax advisor for advice specific to your business.

4. AI-assisted data extraction

VertexAi uses AI to read invoices and receipts, prepare financial details for review, and help organise transactions. AI-extracted information may contain errors. You can review and correct the information through supported workflows, and you should verify figures before relying on them for accounting, tax or business decisions.

5. Illustrative content

AI-generated WhatsApp product visuals on this website are labelled ‘Illustrative demo using sample data.’ They are illustrations, not authentic product screenshots or captures from the live system. Figures, dashboards and examples are illustrative and are not a promise of any particular result or saving.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information and documents you submit, for reviewing and confirming extracted data, and for how you use the records and reports the platform produces.

7. Availability

Business and legal verification required: confirm service availability, support arrangements, feature-change notices, and any suspension or withdrawal provisions. This draft does not establish service-level commitments or agreed rights to withdraw features.
